Wanshou Palace/Flower Drum, I have wanted to eat it for a long time~ 
The first dish is pearl meat, which is literally the meat wrapped in pearls in shells. The taste is very similar to chewier scallops, and it goes well with asparagus.
The second dish is shrimp meat rice rolls, which are so-so.
The third dish is four kinds of Hong Kong-style dim sum. After eating siu mai with rice inside, I don&rsquo;t think it&rsquo;s so delicious to eat meat inside.

万寿宫/Flower Drum，想吃好久了～ 第一道珍珠肉，名副其实贝壳里面包裹珍珠的肉，口感很像更有嚼劲的带子，配上芦笋很搭。第二道虾肉肠粉一般般。第三道就是四种港式点心，吃惯了里面是米饭的烧卖再回头吃里面是肉的还真没觉得有多好吃。第四道北京烤鸭，经理说特地把烤鸭里的肥肉切出去因为西人不喜欢吃，不过这道菜精致在特地用酱画出的鸭子模样很有意思。第五道脆皮烧鸡，外面的皮果然很脆里面的肉也是恰到好处的嫩。之后的饭后小菜很是清爽解腻，整顿饭吃完不得不感叹这果然是墨尔本中餐里最fine的fine dining了
